2012/07 Apadoloup a hack&diy festival in France

Collaboration on the planning for this festival, set up and building before the begining of the festival, during the summer. Two weeks on preparations and one week with full festival participants.

Self sustanable Hack&DIY festival from 12 to 22th August 2012 in Pado, 06470 Beuil, Alpes Maritimes. France. 1600mt high.

– Howling at the moon 2012:

Come and leave the epicenters, quit your urban groves to join us in Pado, at 1600 m, during the storms season, at the territory of wolfs.
For recovering from daily binding schedules, we want to avoid this summer having journeys divided into 7 sessions taking each 1 hour during the 7 days of the week, to privilege a matter that is highly rarefied: time.
To help the gradual withdrawal, A Pado Loup Festival make a call to people wanting to propose and be part of a collective time around many projects ; to finish some others, engage new ones, and take the time to continue or rethink all those left fallow during the year.
So no list of conferences in the program, but periods of workshops, meetings and discussions. The festival is expected to gradually find its natural shape and create a sort of constellation of flexible and interconnected workshops, which we have no idea the final organisational structure.

A Pado Loup est un festival autogèré proposant des ateliers autour du développement et de la démocratisation des savoir-faire technologiques, et de leurs applications dans un cadre rural et autonome : électronique, robotique, écologie ( énergie, permaculture…), culture et performances artistiques. Chaque participant est invité à partager un projet en cours, un savoir-faire, un atelier en relation avec le lieu…
Nous désirons, pour ce festival, voir naître la synergie créative constatée dans les hackerspaces, lieux de travail collaboratif autour des nouvelles technologies; mais dans un nouveau contexte, rural et assez isolé.

A Pado Loup es un festival autogestionado proponiendo un encuentro con talleres alrededor del desarrollo y la democratización de los saberes tecnológicos, de sus aplicaciones en un marco rural y autónomo : electrónica, robótica, ecología (energía, permacultura …), cultura y performance artísticas. Cada participante está invitado a compartir un projecto en proceso, un saber hacer, un taller relacionado con el lugar… Deseamos, para el festival, ver nacer la sinergia creativa que se constata en los hackerspaces, lugares de trabajo colaborativo alrededor de nuevas tecnologías; pero en un nuevo contexto, rural y suficientemente aislado.
